TRANSACTIONAL DEVELOPMENT—The solution was designed to include a transactional module in the Website whereby business clients of the Régie could collect fees and honoraria, handle requests for issuance or renewal of permits and manage client accounts, all on line. It is now possible to make secure payments on line, using a credit card. The user interface that we developed is intended to be user-friendly, guiding users comfortably through the process of carrying out their transaction. The solution also makes provision for creating new pages in English and Spanish.
